COVID-19
Safety Protocols

We are so excited to announce we have reopened at full capacity!   Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures.

We are so excited to start seeing our amazing patients again!

As we begin to open up appointment times, we wanted to let you know how appointments will be structured for the foreseeable future. Our safety for you and our team is #1 and with the new process in place we know we can continue to provide the service you have grown to love at Luxe Dental Arts.

We have been cleared to begin delivering regular services beginning on May 12th and want you to know you are welcome to call and schedule any procedure you want or need.

Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You’ll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we’ve implemented the following process.

New Appointment process

  • Our confirmation procedure has not changed. Please confirm your appointment via text message or email which you will begin receiving 3 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • We will be calling all our patients 24 hours prior to their appointment for an over the phone screening.
  • All patients are required to wear masks while onsite. Each patient is responsible for obtaining his or her own face mask. Besides medical-grade face masks, any bandana, scarf, or handmade mask that fully covers the mouth and nose are acceptable.
  • Please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early and stay in your car. Call us at (281)969-7456 or text to check in.
  • When you approach the door, one of our clinical team will meet with you to ask you some questions, take some vitals, and bring you in to the office. When your room is ready, our team will come to your car and take you directly to your personal treatment room.
NOTE: Any patient with a temperature over 99 degrees will be asked to reschedule.
  • We will be handling all scheduling and payments while you are in your treatment room.
  • Our team will be wearing full personal protective equipment including N-95 facemask, gloves, gowns, goggles or shields for everyone’s protection.
  • We promise to keep smiling behind our PPE!

Other Safety Measures

  • Only the appointed patient will be taken into the treatment room.
  • In an effort to maintain social distancing, our reception and coffee area will be closed for the time being.
  • Your dedicated treatment room will be sanitized and prepared with CDC approved disinfectants and we always use one of the most advanced autoclave sterilization systems for hand pieces and instruments.
  • A sneeze guard has been installed at the front desk reception.
  • Medical Grade HEPA filtering Air purifier units have been installed.
  • New patient forms and consent forms are now digital. No papers will be handled at this time.
  • Payment receipts will be emailed to the patients instead of printed at this time and credit cards will be sanitized before and after use.
  • We will provide hand sanitizer for your use.
  • We will allow for more time between appointments, that may mean fewer available appointment times.

We appreciate you.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding during this time. We appreciate your flexibility and feedback as we move forward together. As we receive guidance from the CDC and ADA we will alert you to any changes in our procedures. As always, if you have any questions please give us a call.
