What is ClearCorrect?
ClearCorrect is a system of clear aligners that work to enhance and improve your smile. If your teeth are crooked, crowded misaligned or unevenly spaced, this system can be beneficial in improving your smile as well as your ability to care for your teeth. ClearCorrect is nearly invisible to the naked eye, so there are no brackets or wiring required.
Why is ClearCorrect needed?
You might want ClearCorrect because you’re in need of orthodontic care, but you don’t want to suffer through months or years wearing bulky metal brackets and wiring. You might have crowded, crooked or misaligned teeth that will benefit from solid treatment. ClearCorrect is closely monitored and provided to you by our doctor, so you can feel confident in your achieved results.
Who is a candidate for ClearCorrect?
ClearCorrect is best suited to teens and adults looking for a way to straighten their teeth. The aligners can be removed when eating and brushing, so it is important that the patient have the ability to remember to replace them throughout the day. The goal of ClearCorrect is to perfect your smile without the world knowing you’re wearing braces. We can examine your teeth to determine if this particular treatment option is right for you.
What happens during ClearCorrect treatment?
We begin by taking impressions of your teeth. This allows us to make the new aligners just for you. Once this is done, we will fit you with the aligners to make sure they are comfortable. You will need to wear your ClearCorrect aligners for about 22 hours each day. They are removed when eating and brushing your teeth. You will need to come back into the office every few weeks to have new aligners made for you. You will go through many aligners throughout the course of treatment. ClearCorrect can straighten teeth in a matter of a few months to several years depending on the unique needs of the patient.
